Site#0147 Award#3.0G001 7/15/2001-8/6/2001 Vijaykumar Wanjare - Careful screen design and navigation make the site a pleasure to view. Also look for a lot of history of flower therapy.

Site#0159 Award#3.0G002 7/26/2001-8/29/2001 Eric Baird - Here's more than you wanted to know about classic and vintage underwear. Claimed are 200 pages and 3200 graphics, an encyclopedic amount of content. Probably. Rollovers are cute. The theme is even carried into the award section. I was curious about a couple of awards, but couldn't find links to the sites. I was in the Navy myself, where signalmen using flags are called "skivvie wavers".

| Site#0172 Award#3.0G003 9/6/2001 - - This is a large site. Tiny fonts are used and the pages are small and fast loading. There are many pages, so a lot of reading and study is required before applying for any of the four subawards.
Score: Design:29/30, Navigation:28/30, Content:39/40 = 96%

Site#0183 Award#3.0G004 8/21-9/6/2001 - James S. Huggins - This is a fast running site. I didn't even have to clean out the cache. There a lot of sections here, many of which I have run into in the past few years. especially worth mentioning is his analysis section of dubious web awards.
Score: Design:29/30, Navigation:29/30, Content:40/40 = 98%

Site#0212 Award#3.5G006 9/12-9/28/2001 - Gene Gill - Here's a site with as much detail as his detailed one-of-a-kind miniatures. The step-by-step page helps you figure out what's going on. Everything here is a pleasure to view on small computers, since it loads quickly.
Score: Design 29/30, Navigation 29/30, Content 40/40 = 98%

Site#0218 Award#3.5G007 9/17-9/28/2001 - Nicole S. Porter - This is another fast loading poetry and prose site with clean loading design. Netscape shows a slight shift between the top and side borders. Navigation is either at the top, bottom or click menu. The credit reminds me that I need to say something about Moyra for the next award.
Score: Design 28/30, Navigation 30/30, Content 39/40 = 97%

Award#3.5G008 unsolicited 9/28/2001 - Moyra - This is the source of many of those pretty websites you see out there. I'm not using her graphics myself, but her 5 position rollover navigation was one inspiration for my own 4 position nongraphic nailhead navigation.
Score: Design 30/30, Navigation 30/30, Content 38/40 = 98%

| Award#3.5G009 10/3-19/2001 - Sylvia Polkowski - Here's a site made with Teutonic detail in mind. I noticed extensive options for the users: Normal/Full screen, English/German, Music On/Off. An attractively designed, framed site contained clearly seen, consistent navigation buttons with many choices. I rarely give full points in that category. The narrative answers many questions about her primary interests, orchids and ballooning. Some pages needed refreshing to make them work, but it could have been a local problem. Once in the award section, I finally found that I had to close a window to go back to the main site.

Award#3.5G010 10/16-11/21/2001 - Biomes - Living Worlds - This large site has a tremendous amount of detail, but is easily navigated. Links have many choices with consistent placement. The webmaster has thoughtfully provided "printer friendly" versions. Text is otherwise a bit tiny, but fine on a large monitor.
Score: Design 28/30, Navigation 28/30, Content 40/40 = 96%
