#1179. A Top Site Award - October 11, 2001 - Hi, Look, it's not that big of a deal about the rules, for I doubt there is a way to create a perfect site. There are hundreds of things that could 'pass' or 'fail' a site, yet I can usually tell in the first few minutes whether or not a site is an award-winner. It may be of interest to note that the site owners who read the rules usually win the award, too. :) I did take a look at your site, and spent some time navigating it, too. I am unfamiliar with the subject but even as a dummy I can see that it is about the stamp-collecting hobby. It's a well-designed site, I see no issues to delay this any more, you may pick up your award...it is well deserved.
