The criteria is as follows: I must like the site. I prefer that it be fast loading; but, I do make exceptions. The site must be easy to navigate, as I do not like puzzles. The site must be prepared in an attractive manner and pleasing to the eye. There must not be any pornographic or X-rated content. I will not accept sites that condone abuse of animals or humans, as my own site is an animal rights site.
