All decisions are final. Congratulations You have won the Merit Award for your site. Upon review of your site all criteria was met or surpassed to earn my award. These awards given to outstanding Web pages and recognizes the hard work that was put into the development of your personal or commercial website. The Rhonda's Expressions Awards are brand new. I have change the name of the Rhonda's Choice Award Program and awards graphics. Please save the graphic to your server and link the award back. Please, do not change the awards graphic in any way. This includes resizing or converting the graphic to a different format without permission. Please let us know when and where you have placed the award on your site. Awards that are not displayed will be revoked. Also, inform Rhonda's Expressions if the URL to your site has changed. We do periodic testing of our winner's sites. If a URL is not working after 3 tries, the link to your site will be removed. For winners of a Merit to a Silver award, you may reapply for an upgrade within 90 days.
