Dear 2004 winners of Red Paw Award, When I started my award program, Red Paw Award, back in June 2001 my intention was to reward dog sites. Today there are very seldom any applications for the award from dog site owners. Red Paw Award has been a web site award for general web sites. After a time of thinking I have decided to change the name of the award. I have choose to call my award EMINENT CHOICE WEB AWARD. The change is made retroactive from January 1, 2004.
